napisanie tekstu z krótkiego filmiku - j. angielski

Czy ktoś z was byłby tak dobry i łaskawy i napisał mi w języku angielskim (bez tłumaczenia na polski) tekst z tego filmiku http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGxmgwUWNr0 Byłbym bardzo wdzięczny :)

Interst rates are low and cheap loans ...? They lend money. and .. the debt with no worries. They're doing so well that they had more money than the customers wanted to borrow. So they looked for new markets to lend to. They found a sub prime market. Sub prome means people on low income, people who'd not be able to borrow money before and people with a poor credit history. n short : unreliable borrowers. So the band started lending money to this new, risky borrowers. Many of them bought houses and the bank took on the new sub prime debts. The lenders also ( tu pakowanie to worka pieniędzy, nie mogę zrozumieć słowa ) some of their debts and sold it onto the other banks and investors all over the world. They said the debt was HHTRZ! ( słowo zagłuszone :( ) mortgage-backed securities and it seemed like a good idea at that time, because they thought that house prices would always rise then things started to change... to be continued ;)
