If you could provide me with information about the age of the children, because then i could prepare a appropriate materials for the meeting. Furthermore I would like to know if it would be ok with you, when i bring some photos or even prepare some slides and show to the audience? In my opinion it's always better for young people when they see this things in addition to what i talk about. Can you also write how long would i have time for the meeting, for how long should I prepare myself? All this information would be very helpful and certainly the meeting quality will be better.
