Since 1991 Advisory Group TEST Human Resources has supported Customers in relation to personnel consulting in the whole Poland. Our Client is a well-known, developing international automotive company. Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of: French IT Helpdesk Junior Reference nr.: 783/FIHJ E-mail address: wroclaw@testhr.pl Location: Wrocław Requirements: Microsoft environment knowledge. Understanding of networking principals. Analytical ability to troubleshoot complex incidents. Excellent Customer service skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills in required languages. Strong interpersonal skills. Desire to learn and be part of a team. Knowledge of French and English at least at B2 level. Responsibilities: Answer phone calls from end users and resolve incidents. Register and track all incoming incidents and questions in a Case Management Tool. Close in-call or escalate cases where necessary and follow up on open cases. Troubleshoot technical issues using personal skills, knowledge base, vendor literature and communication with team members. Work with the other Helpdesk Front technicians and other support personnel to meet Global KPI requirements. Other duties as assigned by management. We offer: Competitive salary.
